Monolith OS
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Monolith OS and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), which is operated by ROMANELLO OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you enter into a binding agreement with ROMANELLO OÜ and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account
You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), can form a binding contract with us, and are in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. License & Use of the Service
Monolith OS is provided to you as a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own business and professional use. Unless explicitly permitted in writing, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise exploit the Service for the benefit of a third party.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with normal operation, or using the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation. You further agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
While our product marketing may describe certain features as having "no limits" (for example, not imposing arbitrary caps on the number of clients, projects, boards, invoices, or links you can create), you acknowledge that we may apply reasonable technical and fair‑use limits solely to protect the stability, security, and availability of the Service and to prevent abuse of our infrastructure. These limits are designed to be very high and should not affect normal or good‑faith use of the Service. In cases of unusual or abusive usage, we may rate‑limit, throttle, or otherwise restrict access in line with this fair‑use principle.
3. Fees, Payments & Refunds
Access to Monolith OS may require a one-time license fee or other agreed pricing. All fees are payable in the currency and on the terms presented at the time of purchase, and payments are processed by third-party payment processors on our behalf. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, content, logos, and trademarks, are and will remain the exclusive property of ROMANELLO OÜ or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
7. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
9. Contact
